Muscle Release Therapy (MRT) is great for all ages and fitness levels. It helps manage pain and

It feels like a massage, a chiropractor treatment and a workout all in one!
MRT helps people on their journey of healing by realigning the body, correcting posture, improving

I am a Certified Instructor in the Elaine Petrone Miracle Ball Method. I enjoy teaching MRT so others
can learn a method they can use to relieve pain, reduce stress and ultimately, live life more fully.
Private and Group Classes are offered at my home-based studio in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, CANADA. I am
also available for Group sessions at a workplace, conference, or wherever there is a group of people who
would benefit from the therapeutic experience of learning a self-care technique.
