Muscle Release Therapy is a non-exercise way to relieve pain and reduce
stress. Muscle Release Therapy offers you a way to help yourself feel better, thus
enhancing your life.
MRT is both easy to learn and easy to do. One or two small, air-filled balls about
the size of a grapefruit are placed under various parts of the body. The weight of
your body on the balls while focusing on your breathing allows you to release excess muscle tension. Your
body returns to its natural alignment, pain and stress are reduced and your body is
able to move more freely.
Once learned, Muscle Release Therapy can be performed conveniently on a daily basis
at home, at the workplace or while travelling. It can be done in as little as 15
minutes a day and the inexpensive equipment requires minimal storage space.
I believe that our bodies have an innate ability to heal and our job is to find
a way to allow that to happen. My goal is to teach people how to use Muscle Release
Therapy (MRT) to help relieve pain and stress and to increase their possibility of
self-healing.
I teach Muscle Release Therapy based on the Elaine Petrone Method (or Miracle
Ball Method) that was developed by Elaine Petrone. For more information on her method,

MRT is not meant to replace the care of doctors, chiropractors, physiotherapists,
massage therapists or other health care practitioners. Nor is it a replacement for
other healthy lifestyle choices such as daily exercise, adequate sleep and proper
nutrition. It is a tool you can easily use to improve your quality of life.
